| We've been watcing out for the moon. This time of year, the moon has moved positions, so P was used to seeing the moon across the way from our house. I showed her that the moon had moved and pointed to the crescent-shaped moon. She pointed to it also and said, "Banana!" Close enough. |

| We alternate between reading If You Give a Mouse a Cookie and If You Give a Moose a Muffin for bedtime stories. I have been promising her that we would bake cookies. Today was a cookie baking day. She wasn't a great helper, as you can see, but at least she was preoccupied for a while! |

| She had her first taste of chocolate and a cookie. She was crazy after that and begging for more chocolate and cookie. I think we've created a monster! |
